Thank you for your interest in the Berlin chapter of the Booker
Tea Reading Group. We are just moving into our second season,
but we've already enjoyed great discussions of Kazuo Ishiguro's
Never Let Me Go, de Bernières' Birds Without
Wings, Diana Evans 26a, among many others. Do
join us for the next discussion.
The group will
follow the main list of the
Booker Tea Reading Group, with appropriate substitutions
when a title proves difficult to find here in Berlin.
Generally, we will meet the 3rd or 4th Sunday of each month
from 6:30 to 8:30 in Friedrichshain (Warschauer U & S-bahns).
The date and time are always posted on the home
page. Guests are to bring a vegetarian dish, salad or
dessert to share in a potluck meal.
Discussions will
be in English, so strong reading and conversation skills in
the language are recommended.
